Co-Founder & VP Engineering

  • Co-founded Bizitek and grew it from 6 to 130 employees over a decade
  • Built horizontal CRM, BPM, e-commerce, HRM, and B2C products — deployed by telecoms, banks, pharmaceuticals, and holding companies
  • Pivoted strategically: recognized the value of vertical specialization and rebuilt the product stack for the telecom/media/energy sector using full telecom standards and protocols
  • Served as Vice President Engineering, responsible for product development and presales
  • The company was acquired by Ericsson — validating the product vision and execution

  • Established and scaled Ericsson's BSS R&D center in Turkey — built from the ground up
  • Grew the center to a 200-person engineering organization delivering global CRM, retail, and subscription management products
  • Secured executive buy-in from Ericsson Global R&D and positioned the center as a strategic hub for worldwide product units
  • Led multiple product development streams using modern Agile practices for global telecom deployments
  • Served as regional lead for M&A technology assessments — three full due diligence evaluations
  • Developed the Ericsson Value Architecture (EVA) framework — a standard Enterprise Architecture framework within Ericsson

  • Built a proprietary autoregressive synthetic data generation engine and LLM-based assistants, agents, and MCP servers
  • Evolved the product into a hosted SaaS platform and installable enterprise version — distributed via AWS Marketplace with in-product payment flows
  • Oversaw a fully automated GitOps IaC organization — primarily on AWS, with GCP and Azure used for compatibility and enterprise deployments — using Kubernetes and Terraform
  • Pioneered AI agent–driven test automation, using LLM-based QA to auto-generate and execute test cases
  • Deployed in highly regulated banks, insurance companies, telecom operators, healthcare, and government institutions
  • As CISO: designed and implemented the full ISMS aligned with ISO 27001:2022; achieved and maintained SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications
  • Created integrations with Databricks, Snowflake, and major database ecosystems
  • Built a high-performing engineering culture with very fast turnaround times and exceptional talent density
